Biology/Ecology

Identifying Features:
Femur with two series of processes, basal spines are often larger than the rest.
Patterns and veins of forewings as follows:.
Forewings with large discal cell strongly narrowed apically, a small subquadrate cell located at interior angle (laterad) of discal cell, transverse dark lines on basal third of forewings distinct, a large dusky blotch on each margin opposite small subquadrate discal cell. Wings with numerous irregular dusky spots.
