Biology/Ecology

Identifying Features:
Body generally black except the head, most of the pronotum, costal margins of forewings, abdomen, coxae and trochanters red.
Anterior lobe of pronotum much shorter than the hind lobe.
Pronotum laterally on each side with a discontinuous black fascia extending to the lateral sides of the abdomen
