Identifying Features:
Tegmen in males highly modified as stridulatory apparatus. Differ fromo ther speceis by tegmen pale with black posterior margin; relatively small among other winged scaly crickets (BL around 5 mm).
This species is associated to mangrove but can also be found in adjacent habitats (Tan, 2013). It is so far known only from Singapore.
