Biology/Ecology

Identifying Features:
Mostly brown. Pronotum with lateral lobe light brown dorsally and dark brown ventrally, more apparent in male. Tegmen reduced, not reaching abdominal apex, with a distinct black spot. Hind femur with ventral margin dark brown or black.
This is a forest-associated species and is not found in grassy habitats. They tend to be well camouflaged among leaf litters.
