Biology/Ecology

Identifying Features:
First joint of antennae very much longer than fore femur (compare to Cosmolestes picticeps).
Scutellum not sptulately dilated at apex (compare to Cosmolestes picticeps).
Connexival segments lobate, with alternating yellow and black segments.
Apical one-fifth of corium and membrane black
